Writing to us, and how a correction works
Email [email protected]. To fix a wrong figure, send the operator's own document and clause; this page explains what counts and what happens next.

Compiler of the operator records, working from published terms and licence registers
Email is the only channel: [email protected]. Messages go to the people who compile the site. There is no contact form, chat box or social media account, so anything sent another way will not reach us.
Most messages fall into three groups: a figure that has gone out of date, a figure that was wrong from the start, or an operator that wants to be listed. Each is handled differently, as set out below.
Reporting a wrong figure
Please send the operator's own page and the clause number. Every figure here came from a document the operator publishes about itself, so the evidence that can change it is another document the operator publishes about itself.
Some things cannot change a figure: a different comparison site, a screenshot with no address, a copy of a support chat, a forum thread. None of these is the operator putting its name to a written commitment, and none plays any part in the ranking.
When a figure is corrected, the read date on that page is updated along with it. We never edit a number while leaving an old date beside it, because the date is how a reader judges whether the number is still fresh.
- The address of the operator page that shows the figure.
- The clause or section number, if the document uses them.
- What the site says now, and what you believe it should say.
- When you read the document.
Missing brands and the exclusions page
Both depend on the same test. A brand is listed when it publishes a restricted-territory list that we have read and that leaves Japan off.
If your list exists and we have not found it, send the link and we will read it. If the list has changed in either direction, send the link and the date of the change, and the record will follow. Many operators in the shared library are missing only because no list could be found.
An assurance without a document will not change a listing. A message saying that players from Japan are welcome cannot be printed as though it were the operator's published terms.
For operators
No position can be bought. The order is calculated from what an operator publishes, on a fixed scale, and there is no agreement that moves a row. The site's one commercial partner, Vave, is shown apart from the ranked table.
The quickest way up is to publish more. Brands usually sit low because we could not find a coin list, a studio list, a verification threshold, a withdrawal limit or a licence status anywhere on their own site. Publish them, tell us where, and the next reading will pick them up.
What we cannot do
This site is not a casino. It holds no player accounts, no balances and no gaming records. If a withdrawal is late, an account is frozen or an identity check has stalled, only the operator can act, or the authority named on its licence where there is one. We have no way to intervene for anyone and will not pretend otherwise.
Nor can we tell you whether gambling is legal where you are. That needs a qualified adviser in your own jurisdiction.
Questions people ask
- How soon will I get a reply?
We set no deadline for replies, because we would rather give none than miss one. The quickest corrections to settle are the ones that come with an operator document, since they need nothing more than a look at the source.
- Can a brand pay to be added or moved up?
No. The ranking is calculated from published evidence and has no input for money. The site's single commercial placement is shown apart from the ranked table.
Every operator mentioned here also sits in the table of best crypto casinos in Japan on the home page, next to the rule that decided which crypto casinos in Japan were listed.
